Each year our 4th-12th graders enjoy a thematic school experience that is a bit distinct and different. This sets the tone for the year, guides some of elective and field trip decisions, and seeks to cultivate a unique experience year-to-year.
This year's social studies theme for both our 4th-6th and 7th-12th graders is a unique world history program: Adventures in the Sea & Sky.
Goals for Historical Study
7th-12th Grade Science
Our middle and high school students will be engaging in Astronomy which is a perfect complement to our Sea & Sky program as the end of the history program studies our exploration of space.
4th-6th Grade Science
Our older elementary class will be studying basic Chemistry & Physics each week. This will be an awesome experience full of hands-on learning and experiments.

Our K-3rd grade class enjoys a rich and multifaceted social studies experience. Besides a "memory" time which offers a variety of topics students focus on to prepare them for further study -- like the Presidents -- they will enjoy a structured world history program.
This year's theme for our K-3rd graders is a unique world history program: Hideaways in History!
This program will offer lots of engaging active learning to create a foundation for the flow of history. Alongside reading, crafts, and activities, the students will be creating "Hideaways" throughout the year which will help them create memories around the places, peoples, and times they are studying -- which makes the learning come to life.
