What Do You Need for School?

The supply list for this year is below, listed by age group. 

ONE THING TO BRING:   Wear closed-toed shoes, so you're safe when playing and going down the trail

SOME THINGS NOT TO BRING!  No permanent (Sharpie-style) markers and no fidget spinners unless given permission from Lead Teacher/Administration.

OPTIONAL THINGS, IF YOU LIKE:  Dry erase markers, money for your first Snack Shack card

A full-body all-weather suit --  A good option found here.  ($54)

Waterproof Gloves -- A good option found here. ($12)

Waterproof Drawstring Backpack -- A good option found here. ($9-$12)

Rain Boots & Snow Boots for Winter and Spring.

Families help us keep our costs down. For that reason we ask attending families to contribute to some of the group supplies that our students will need.

Please choose one of the following:

Lower School - Grades K-3


2 notebooks with 3 holes; 80- to 100-page; perforated is nice but not necessary

New International Version (NIV or NIrv)Bible- a themed Bible is fine as long as it has the regular NIV text.

Pencils - 2-3 dozen

Colored pencils (no markers, please)

Extra erasers

6 glue sticks

Pair of safety scissors

Ruler

1 pack of construction paper

Classroom Supplies - Used by all Students; please bring one per student of

this age:

1 box of tissues

1 roll of transparent tape to load into a tape dispenser

6-pack of toilet paper

3-pack paper towel

Package of 100 paper plates

Package of plastic spoons (minimum of 50)

1- General use sanitizer.


Lower School - Grades 4-6


6 notebooks with 3-holes; 100+ pages; perforated is nice but not necessary.

Students will need a notebook or section of a notebook for every class. We

will be emphasizing organization and orderly notetaking. It may be

necessary to purchase two per class for the entire year.

New International Version (NIV) Bible- a themed Bible is fine as long as it has the regular NIV text.

1 - Heavyweight 3-Ring binder (1.5-inch spine)

100+ pages of loose notebook paper (please load into binder)

Pencils - 2-3 dozen

Colored pencils

3-5 Personal Pencil Sharpeners.

Extra erasers

6 glue sticks

Pencil cup or box

Upper School - Jr/ Sr High School Students - Grades 7-12


Binder that will hold everything below, except the Bible and classroom supplies

6-8 notebooks with 3-holes; 80- to 100-page; perforated is nice but not necessary

Pack of loose college-ruled notebook paper

Bible - NIV preferred but not necessary.

Pencils - 2-3 dozen

Colored pencils

Extra erasers

Pencil bag for binder to keep small items

Scissors - reasonably good quality for projects

Ruler

Graph paper

Calculator (does not have to be scientific)

Pencil Sharpener


IMPORTANT NOTES:

~ Laptop and/or electronic reader is recommended for literature class, electives

that require it, as well as turning in homework and assignments. It is strongly

recommended that students have access to some kind of technology at home. If

not, students will have access to an on-site tech lab to complete assignments. It

may only be used during select class or study periods TBD by individual instructors.

~ Students should also check electives for any items needed for specific classes
